I. WARRANTY POLICY

IDENTIFICATION OF SHOPI
These Commercial Policies of Changes and Guarantees correspond to SHOPI SAS, a company legally constituted under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, identified with NIT 901.472.320-5; with domicile at Carrera 65 # 5-92 Cali, Colombia; telephone: 3146424891; and e-mail for contact: asesorservicioalcliente2@shopi.com.co.

OPPORTUNITY OR VALIDITY

General Terms and Conditions
The legal warranty regulated in the present section proceeds when the Product offered by SHOPI does not satisfy the quality and/or safety conditions, and what is applicable according to the regulation. Therefore, the warranty will only proceed for manufacturing and operation defects during the normal and proper use of the Product.
Notice Period

The following are the terms within which the User may enforce the legal warranty on SHOPI Products. These terms will begin to run from the day of delivery of the product to the User.
New Products: The term to request the effectiveness of the warranty on SHOPI products is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Special terms
The following products have the legal and conventional terms, which are indicated below to make the warranty effective:
General products, up to thirty (30) days.
Electronic products, up to ninety (90) days.
Household appliances, up to ninety (90) days.

The warranty will only be valid for manufacturing and operation defects during the normal and proper use of the product.
Suspension of the terms of the legal warranty:
If the Product is totally exchanged for another Product, the warranty term will start to run again from the date of replacement of the Product.
If the Product is totally exchanged for another one, the warranty term will start to run again from the date of replacement of the Product.

Procedure
In order to meet the request for the warranty to be effective, the User must submit to SHOPI, in writing to the following WHATSAPP (+573146424891), the information described below.
The date of purchase of the Product.
Identification data of the User or the person who made the purchase.
Description of the Product.

Your intention to enforce the warranty, with a brief description of the reasons for the request.
A detailed description of the damage to the Product.
SHOPI will validate the data submitted by the User, and will study the conditions of the claim. In the event that the claim is submitted without strict observance of the above requirements, SHOPI will inform the User that the process will not be resumed until the claim is submitted in due form.

When SHOPI pronounces on the effectiveness of the warranty, both for a positive or negative answer, SHOPI, expresses to the User, in writing and in a substantiated manner, the reasons for accepting it, making it effective in a different way than the one requested or denying it, together with the support for its decision.
Initially, the costs of transportation of the Products object of the Warranty Request will be assumed by SHOPI, as the case may be. However, if the Product is in a different place than the place of purchase, the User shall bear the transportation and/or shipping costs to make the warranty effective.

Replacement
In this case, SHOPI may exchange or replace the Product in its entirety for a new Product, of the same species with similar characteristics or technical specifications, which in no case may be inferior to those of the product that gave rise to the warranty (if the exchange is made for a product of greater value, the User must pay the excess).
The replacement of the Product must be made within ten (10) working days from the time the User makes available to SHOPI the Product that is the subject of the request for effectiveness of the legal warranty.

In the event that the Product is replaced by another one, it will be delivered to the User at the same place where the legal warranty was requested.

Refund of the money
In the case of not having the product with the same characteristics, the User may opt for a refund of the money, the amount of which shall correspond to the sale price.
Therefore, if the User has opted for the return of the money for the effectiveness of the legal guarantee, as appropriate, this must occur no later than within fifteen (15) working days, counted from the day after the User has informed SHOPI of his choice that product of the acceptance of the Guarantee will be returned the money, which must provide all relevant information for SHOPI can make such refund.
In cases where the refund of money is made by bank consignment, the User must provide the necessary data for the effect, once it is informed of the decision of SHOPI.
When the User opts for the refund of the money, it will be made on the sale price paid by the User.

Causes excluding the warranty
The warranty of SHOPI’s products will not be effective in the following cases:
The improper use of the Product by the User.
When the Product has been altered, repaired or intervened by third parties other than personnel duly authorized by SHOPI.
The improper use of the Product by the User, including a use different from the nature, capacity and/or functionality of the Product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Deadline
The User, as a consumer, may exercise his/her right of withdrawal of the purchase made on the Website, within five (05) working days following the date of delivery of the Products.

Requirement
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following requirements must be taken into account:
The claim by the User must be made within five (5) business days following the delivery of the Product purchased in our channels of.

OTHER ASPECTS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
No claims will be processed outside the warranty period granted for the products.
Upon expiration of the warranty period, SHOPI shall no longer be liable for the Products.

Products such as makeup, cosmetic products, perfumes, creams, treatments, or any other that involves the application of the same body, are of generic use for the public, so the User, prior to the purchase of the Product, is obliged to validate the product information on the packaging of each of these, as well as the instructions for use, conditions, contraindications and other information provided therein, so that any adverse reaction to the Products, will be solely the responsibility of the User, without any liability on the part of SHOPI.

II. EXCHANGE RATE POLICY WHAT IS THE CHANGE POLICY
The exchange policy is a benefit granted by SHOPI to its Users. This benefit consists of exchanging the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions described herein. It does not replace or modify the legal Warranty of the Product.


CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR THE BENEFIT
The Product must be in the same condition as it was delivered to the User at the time of purchase, with its original packaging unopened and unused, with the labels on, security seals, and must have all its parts and/or accessories and manuals, complete.
It may not have dents, scratches, breaks, stains, malfunctions, and if it has cellophane it must be in perfect condition, suitable for sale. Therefore, Products that present any of these characteristics will not be exchanged for any reason.
SHOPI reserves the right not to make any changes, after analyzing the conditions of each case.

Check the condition of the product immediately upon arrival.
Read the instructions, conditions, contraindications and other information provided before using the product.
Submit requests for warranty or exchange within the deadlines and in accordance with the conditions set forth herein for the different products.
